GARDUNOS TO JOIN LINEUP OF RESTAURANTS AT WESTGATE CITY CENTER

GLENDALE, AZ —Steve Ellman, Chairman and CEO of The Ellman Companies, and Cameron Eghlimi, Owner of the Garduño’s Margarita Factory in Arizona, announced today that Garduño’s Margarita Factory restaurant will open their fifteenth location at the Westgate City Center in Glendale, Arizona. The latest addition to the Garduño’s family of restaurants is expected to open in early spring 2007.

Garduño’s Margarita Factory is a 35-year tradition born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and proudly serving the Valley of the Sun since 2001 with two family owned & operated locations in Arizona: one in Scottsdale at the Shops at Gainey Village, and the other in Chandler by the Loop 101, on the south side of Chandler Fashion Center. Garduño’s has been voted “Best of the Valley” in Ranking Arizona Business magazine for three years in a row.

Presently, Garduño’s has fourteen locations including two in Las Vegas. Proudly located in The Palms Casino and The Fiesta Casino Hotels, Garduño’s has been voted “Best of Las Vegas” by the Las Vegas Review for the past 14 years.

The architecture of each restaurant is one that must be experienced, with each breathtaking design unique to its location. Garduño's home cooking is prepared fresh daily at each site with the finest ingredients available. The company is strongly committed to excellence, and its restaurants, and banquet and catering services consistently strive to exceed guest’s expectations for truly exceptional food, service, entertainment and ambiance – all at a great price.

Menu specialties include award-winning seafood pan roast, carne adovada, chipotle pork tenderloin, and sizzling fajitas. Also featured are traditional Mexican dishes such as red and green chile from Mesilla Valley, chicken stuffed sopapilla and blue corn enchiladas with homemade red or green chile sauce.

Garduño’s is widely acclaimed for serving over 350 different varieties of margaritas, including the Valley’s favorite award winning coconut and Silver Coin margarita.

“Garduño's Margarita Factory is very excited to be coming to Westgate City Center,” said Cameron Eghlimi. “We believe with the rapid growth of the West Valley and this dynamic development, and Garduño's will be an exciting part of the project. We are thrilled to be in Glendale to serve our West Valley customers.”
